What is your returns policy?
We hope you love your new schuh purchase. If you’re unhappy with the goods for any reason, please return your item to us with your receipt. We’re happy to offer a refund or exchange on unused items returned within 365 days. If the item is faulty we’re happy to offer a refund or exchange where available. As we do not offer a fitting service (with the exception of Schuh Kids) please ensure your footwear is entirely suitable before use. This is in addition to, and does not affect your consumer rights. How can I return my order?
Either by post or to one of our high street stores.
To a store:
You’ll need to take
- your confirmation email
- the credit/debit card used to pay for the order (if applicable)
- your returns form
Check our Store Info page for store locations and opening times.
Fill in the Returns Form that was enclosed with your order or enclose a note detailing your name, address, contact number and reason for return. Package the shoes carefully in their original box & a secure outer wrapper where possible, and send them back clearly addressed to:

We recommend that you use some form of registered post in case you need to track your parcel. We will email you to let you know that your return has been processed within 3 working days of receiving it through the post.
